Snapchat Streak, or Snap Streak, is one of Snapchat's most entertaining features that keep users coming back to the app. Snapstreak keeps people hooked on sending snaps to their friends.

A Snapstreak occurs when you send or receive snaps from a person at least once for 3 consecutive days. In order to maintain the Snapstreak with another Snapchat user, you need to send at least one photo or video snap within 24 hours.

You can see if you are on a Snapsteak with someone by the fire 🔥 emoji next to a friend’s name in Chat. The number next to the fire emoji displays the number of days of an active Snapstreak. If your Streak reaches 100 days the ‘100’ emoji will appear next to the fire emoji.

Follow the steps below to get your Streak back on Snapchat:

1. Open the Snapchat app.
2. Tap on your Bitmoji in the top-left corner to go to your profile.
3. Tap on ‘Settings’ in the top-right corner.

4. Scroll down to the ‘Support’ section and tap on ‘I Need Help’.

5. On the Snapchat Support page, tap on ‘Snapstreaks’.

6. Under the ‘I lost my Snapstreak’ section, find and tap on the ‘let us know’ link.

7. Select ‘I lost my Snapstreak’.

8. Fill in the form with your username, email, phone number, device, etc. and provide as much information as possible.

9. In the question, “Did you see the (hour-glass) icon?” question, enter ‘No’.
10. When done, tap on ‘Send’ to submit your form.

The Snapchat support team should get back to you in a couple of days via the email associated with your account.
