How to delete your HBO Max account

  • Delete your HBO Max account by canceling your HBO Max subscription
  1. Navigate to your HBO Max app (website, mobile app, smart TV, or streaming box).
  2. Click/tap on the Profile icon.
  3. Click/tap on the Settings icon.
  4. From the options choose Billing Information.
  5. Then, choose Manage Subscription.
  6. Click/tap on the option Cancel Subscription.
  7. Confirm your cancellation.

Cancel HBO Max subscription

  • Delete your HBO Max account through the Help Center
  1. From HBO Max’s home screen, open the Help Center.
  2. Click/tap on Help & Support.
  3. Tap on Your Account.
  4. Tap on Delete Account.

Reminder: Remember that even though you delete your account, your subscription will still be active till you cancel it.
