Terms of Service
These terms describe how you may use Kinly, a family organization service operated by Anton Bakhmat as an individual.
Who may use Kinly
Kinly is intended for adults and teenagers aged 13 or older. If local law requires a parent or guardian to approve your use, obtain that approval before using the service. Do not create an account for someone else without their permission.
Your account
Keep your sign-in information private and provide accurate account details. You are responsible for activity from your account unless you tell us about unauthorized access. Contact support if you lose access or suspect misuse.
Family spaces and shared content
Members can share tasks, lists, invitations, and other planning content within a family space. Only add people you are authorized to invite, and only share content you are entitled to share. Other permitted members may see and act on shared content. You remain responsible for the content you add; you allow Kinly to host and display it as needed to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use Kinly to harass others, disclose their private information without permission, send unwanted invitations, break the law, or interfere with the service or another person’s account. We may restrict access when necessary to protect people or the service, subject to applicable law.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Kinly available, but features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security, or technical reasons. We may update these terms as the product develops. We will show the new date and provide additional notice when required by law.
Stopping use and deleting an account
You may stop using Kinly at any time. To request account deletion, contact support. We may verify ownership and explain how deletion affects content shared with other family members. Self-service account deletion is not yet available in the app.
Privacy and legal rights
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer or privacy law does not allow us to waive. These terms do not replace any mandatory rules that apply in your country or state.
