Account access and deletion

If you cannot access your account or want to request account deletion, write from the email connected to your account when possible. We may ask for additional verification before making changes. Self-service account deletion is not yet available in the app.

Your information

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Tell us which account and request you mean; do not include a password or identity token.

Please do not email passwords, one-time codes, or invitation links. We will never ask you to send them by email.
